Dear Reader,
I have my laptop back and it works better then when it was new! The staff at Computer Concepts in Yorktown, Va were amazing. Yes. I had to leave my laptop with them for a few days. But, they were able to order the replacement part for my laptop on a Saturday and have my laptop back to me on Tuesday! That is pretty fast service, shorting my separation anxiety. They have a customer for life, if I ever need anything for my laptop or a new one, Alan Healy and his team will be my first phone call.
